Order Cancellation*

- *Cancellation Before Shipment:* If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

- *Cancellation Fees:* No cancellation fees will be charged if the cancellation is made before shipment.

- *Eligibility for Refunds:* We accept returns and offer refunds for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Refunds are only available for unopened and unused products returned within 15 days of purchase.
- *Non-Refundable Items:* Certain items are non-refundable, including perishable goods, custom orders, and items marked as final sale.
- *Refund Process:* To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- *Refund Timing:* Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- *Shipping Costs:* Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

- *Reporting Issues:* If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@jordycrawings.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
- *Return Shipping:* We will cover the cost of return shipping for any damaged or defective products.
